Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Destined

Women/Teens Conference. This event is designed to empower, educate,

inspire and motivate women of all ages, walks of life, and faith

backgrounds offering clarity and support through community,

inspiration, and shared experiences taking away practical tools for

successful living.


We are excited to partner with vendors who align with the spirit and

values of this gathering.

Vendor Agreement & Acknowledgment

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that:

  • Vendor space is limited, and submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are reviewed/accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.

  • If accepted, I understand the vendor fee must be paid within 3 days of acceptance to secure my space. If payment is not received by the deadline, my spot may be released and offered to the next vendor on the waitlist.

  • I understand vendor setup takes place the day prior to the event during the designated setup window. If I anticipate being unable to set up as scheduled, I will communicate with the event team in advance. Failure to set up by the end of the scheduled setup window (without prior communication) may result in forfeiture of my vendor space with no refund provided.   

  • I understand that if I am unable to arrive and begin operating my booth by the scheduled start time on the day of the event, I will notify the event team as soon as possible. Failure to arrive and begin operating by the scheduled start time (without prior communication) may result in forfeiture of my vendor space without refund.

  • Vendor is responsible for their own products, cash/transactions, and any loss, theft, or damage.

  • Vendor is responsible for any damage caused by their setup and agrees to reimburse the venue/event.

  • Vendor agree to hold the event/venue harmless for injuries, loss, or damages related to vendor participation.

  • I agree to conduct business in a respectful, professional, and

positive manner

  • I will comply with all event policies, setup times, and tear-down

requirements

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable once acceptance is confirmed
